SIMMEL  SL series actuators are made of American standard aluminum alloy material with high-precision extrusion molding, using globally leading high-precision CNC machining technology and special mold technology for natural rubber sealing rings, providing dynamic sealing service life. The gear shaft and rack piston have been optimized for modulus structure data processing, resulting in higher operating frequency, higher precision control valve operation, and longer service life.

The SIMMEL RT series gear rack pneumatic actuator has 18 sizes of spring return or double acting models to choose from. Designed to achieve automated control of angular stroke valves such as ball valves, butterfly valves, and plug valves. The RT series adopts American standard high-quality extruded aluminum cylinder body and cast aluminum end cap, precision processed hard oxidation treatment, natural rubber seals, and the outer surface is coated with metal powder metallurgy or epoxy resin spray coating treatment.
